OTRAs - Aitkin is only the name of the city he lived in and may change is the shelter finds a name for him. He is very TIMID and not treated very well so far in life which makes him a possible FLIGHT RISK. He has a foster home waiting for him with hopes of helping him overcome his past experiences with humans. He needs a ride to get there.
